At Functional Skills UK/Swim UK our aim is to ensure that everyone is given equal opportunities to learn and develop their skills. 
Functional Skills UK/Swim UK has a responsibility towards Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people receiving education and training with us. 
We will provide a safe environment for young people/apprentices to learn in and take the appropriate action to see that young people/apprentices are kept safe.
