The Leisure Operations Apprenticeship is aimed at candidates who are currently working in the leisure industry or those who are new to the sector. The Apprenticeship is suitable for those in a recreation assistant, pool attendant or similar front line role.

In addition to the qualifications that you will gain, you will be regularly contacted by the Learning Support Coordinator to check your progress and to discuss any problems you may be experiencing.
The National Minimum Wage for apprentices rose on 1st October
2016 to £3.40 per hour.
This is the lowest rate that employers can pay an apprentice. There is no upper rate and many employers will offer above the recommended rate.
